The Law

The legal Issue is currently being resolved at the European Courts later this year and we are very confident that Sky will lose this case. It has been stated in the press that until the verdict comes out there will be no more prosecutions or harassment to publicans who install foreign satellite TV sports systems. The verdict will not come out until next year and which ever way it goes there will definitely be an appeal which will then roll on to the following year.
